4 ways to pay for supervision with Red Sheep

1

Pay for it yourself

Choose to make an investment in your long term ministry capacity. The downside of funding your supervision this way is that it prevents the church/organisation from taking responsibility for providing adequate care for their staff

2

Ask your church or organisation

Since the recent Royal Commission, churches, denominations and organisations are taking more seriously their duty of care for their ministry workers. This includes providing funding for someone to see a pastoral supervisor.

3

Ask your friends & supporters

Red Sheep can provide a support raising platform for you to ask friends and ministry supporters to contribute to the cost of your supervision. One supervisee raised the funds from their supporters in 48 hours!

4

Apply for a
Red Sheep subsidy

The goal of Red Sheep is to make pastoral supervision accessible to every Christian ministry worker. We have therefore created a $15K fund to provide subsidised supervision to ministry workers in need.

What our supervisee's say

"Their combination of biblical insight and genuine love for people makes for effective supervision and a godly example to imitate..."
