James loves supporting Christian leaders and feels at home with those in ministry. An AAOS member, he sees supervision as an opportunity for reflective learning with encouragement and challenge.

A visual learner and musician, James likes working with sounds, images and creative options. He has a particular interest in theology-psychology integration, mental health, and identity and sexual integrity discussions.

  • 2023 Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision, Ridley College
  • 2017–2018 Graduate Certificate in Arts (Spiritual Mentoring), ACOM
  • 2018 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • 2000–2003 Bachelor of Ministry, Tabor College

Ministry Experience

  • Current Pastoral Supervisor (AAOS member)
  • Ongoing Strong background in training (VET and workplace settings)
  • Ongoing Formally and informally mentored Christian leaders
