Jo trained as a physiotherapist before moving into pastoral ministry for 10 years, and then into emotional and spiritual care. She completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education and has worked as a Chaplain and Spiritual Care Coordinator in Aged Care for 8 years.

She is a fully qualified Pastoral Supervisor accredited with AAOS.
