Caroline's interest in healthy ministry reflection began from her own challenges as a young ministry worker. She authored a textbook on intentional ministry reflection for Moore Theological College, and is a qualified Pastoral Supervisor and AAOS member.

She currently serves as Mentor and Trainer for City Bible Forum and Associate Minister for Willoughby Park Anglican Church. She is passionate about helping ministry workers thrive.
