Caroline's interest in healthy ministry reflection really began with challenges she faced as a young ministry worker. Later she had the opportunity to write the textbook on intentional ministry reflection for Moore Theological College students.
In 2021 Caroline qualified as a Pastoral Supervisor and is a member of AAOS (Australasian Association of Supervisors). Currently she works as a Mentor and Trainer for City Bible Forum and as an Associate Minister for Willoughby Park Anglican Church.
Caroline is passionate about helping other ministry workers thrive and believes that the safe, brave, reflective space that Supervision provides can be a great blessing to that end.
