Katherine has over two decades of ministry experience and has been a senior pastor with her husband for 15 years. She has training in pastoral ministry, mentoring, and chaplaincy and is a registered supervisor with both Chaplaincy Australia and the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS).
Katherine has worked bi-vocationally in creative fields for many years and understands the demands that a business can place on life and ministry. She works with a variety of clients across different denominations including pastors, chaplains, and supervisors from C3, Anglican, Baptist, ACC and Churches of Christ.
She is currently the NSW/ACT Supervision and Mentoring Coordinator for Chaplaincy Australia and the Sydney Central Regional Women's Leader for the ACC. She has a passion to see pastors thrive and stay healthy for the long haul in all areas of their lives.
