Phil is a pastoral supervisor who wants to help gospel ministers and educators meet every moment from a position of gospel clarity. He brings a background in Primary and Secondary Education, along with decades of gospel ministry.
Having ministered for many years in rural and regional contexts, Phil understands the challenges and isolation that often come with ministry — especially for solo pastors. He also has experience leading and working within ministry teams and knows both the joys and challenges of multi-staff ministry.
Phil is an Associate Member of the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS) and an Approved Supervisor in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
