James loves supporting Christian leaders and feels very at home with those in ministry. He often wonders: why wouldn't we do more to support those who are supporting others? James is a member of AAOS.

He sees Supervision as an incredible opportunity for reflective learning — a place for moving seamlessly between encouragement and challenge, and a way to explore issues in creative ways. Being a visual learner and someone who plays music, he likes working with sounds, images and other creative options.

James has a particular interest in the integration of theology and psychology, working towards better mental health, and honest discussions around identity and sexual integrity in Christian life.
