Karine is a trained professional supervisor registered with the Australasian Association of Supervisors and Chaplaincy Australia, with over 15 years of ministry experience including cross-cultural mission, pastoral care, discipleship and mentoring.
Karine is fluent in Spanish and can provide supervision in both English and Spanish. From experience, Karine understands the privilege of serving in full-time ministry as well as the challenges that come with it.
Passionate to see people flourish, Karine loves to journey alongside ministry workers to support sustainable and healthy ministry practice. She values supervision for the safe space it creates for ongoing reflective learning, support, and growth of the ministry worker.
