Jo Patterson is currently running her own supervision business as well as working part-time as a Pastoral Care Coordinator in Aged Care. She trained initially as a physiotherapist then moved into pastoral ministry for 10 years, changing her focus from physical care to emotional and spiritual care.

Having witnessed the depth of need within ministry spaces, she completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education. This led her to work as a Chaplain and Spiritual Care Coordinator in Aged Care where she has worked for the last eight years.

Jo is a fully qualified Pastoral Supervisor and is accredited with AAOS.
